Simtgades valsts svētku programma Melburnā sāksies 10. novembrī
Sestdien, 10. novembrī, plkst. 15.00 Melburnas Latviešu namā, 3 Dickens Street, Elwood būs Valsts svētku uzruna ar kamerkoncertu, kur svētku runas teicējs būs māc. Juris Cālītis.
Koncertā piedalīsies soprāns Maija Kovaļevska, kori Daina un Veseris un čellists Jānis Laurs.
Pēc sarīkojuma – atspirdzinājumi un uzkodas foajē telpā.
Hugo Misiņa zālē plkst. 14.00 notiks Gleznu izstādes Ludmila Meilerte – 110 atklāšana. Darbi no privātkolekcijām.
On Saturday 10 November at 3:00 p.m. the Commemoration of the Centenary of Latvia will be held at Melbourne Latvian House, 3 Dickens Street, Elwood, with a chamber concert featuring keynote speaker – pastor Juris Cālītis.
The concert will feature soprano Maija Kovaļevska, choirs Daina and Veseris and cellist Jānis Laurs.
Following the concert – refreshments and snacks in the foyer.
An exhibition of Ludmila Meilerte’s paintings Ludmila Meilerete – 110 will be opened at 2 p.m. in the Hugo Misiņa Hall. Works from private collections.
