Lāčplēša liktenis – izrāde Melburnas Latviešu namā/ The fate of Lāčplēsis – theatre performance at Latvian House
Izrāde Lāčplēša liktenis notiks sestdien, 23. decembrī, plkst. 14.00, Melburnas Latviešu namā (biļetes pie durvīm, vai arī iepriekš, sazinoties ar Ievu Ozoliņu – 0417833837 ieva.ozolins@gmail.com). Biļešu cena $30/$25, pamatskolas bērniem ieeja brīva. Kafejnīca būs atvērta no 12.00 līdz 14.00.
Lāčplēša liktenis ir ALT cenšanās padarīt Lāčplēša stāstu saprotamu, it īpaši – jaunākajai paaudzei. Lāčplēša audžutēvs Lielvārdis, draugs Koknesis, labvēļi Staburadze un Ziemeļmeita, kā arī pretinieki – Kangars, Dīterihs un pat Spīdala – stāsta savus vērojumus par Lāčplēša piedzīvojumiem. Ne luga, ne stāsts, ne dziedājums, bet no visa pa druskai. Vai patiesība? Tas atkarīgs no tā, ar kādām acīm skaties, ar kādām ausīm klausies…
On Saturday 23rd December at 2 p.m. there will be a theatre performance titled Lāčplēša liktenis at Melbourne Latvian House (tickets at the door, or can be purchased before the performance by contacting Ieva Ozoliņa – 0417833837 ieva.ozolins@gmail.com). Ticket prices $30/$25, free entry for primary school children. The cafe will be open from 12.00 to 2 p.m.
The fate of Lāčplēsis is ALT’s effort to make the story of Lāčplēsis understandable, especially for the younger generation. Lāčplēsis’ foster father Lielvārdis, friend Koknesis, well-wishers Staburadze and Ziemeļmeita, as well as adversaries Kangars, Dīterihs and even Spīdala tell of their observations about Lāčplēsis’ adventures.
